Job summary

Schneider Electric is looking for a Master Data & IT Applications Specialist based in Arlov, Sweden. This role focuses on migrating master data from Microsoft Business Central to SAP and implementing new IT solutions to improve operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, have up to 2 years of experience, and be proficient in English. This role offers international exposure and hands-on experience with major ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience including internships and apprenticeships.
• Solid general IT understanding including data structures and system logic.
• Knowledge or strong motivation to learn ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing existing master data and support data mapping.
• Contribute to mapping operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with local operations teams to understand business needs.
