Job Description:

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and data protection? Do you thrive in complex environments and enjoy turning security challenges into streamlined solutions? We're looking for a Microsoft Security Specialist to join our growing team someone with hands-on experience in Microsoft Purview and the Microsoft Defender suite.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions using Microsoft Purview for compliance, data loss prevention, and governance.
• Deploy and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, and Office 365 to protect users and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and risk teams to align security configurations with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor the security landscape.
• Provide guidance, best practices, and training on Microsoft security technologies across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Defender suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, Identity, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview: Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, DLP, Compliance Manager.
• Solid grasp of Microsoft Defender suite, of Microsoft Defender for Cloud , and Sentinel (bonus).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-200, SC-400, SC-900,MS-500, AZ-500) are a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Requirement to be fluent in both English and Swedish due to communication with customers.
