Job summary

Scania in Södertälje, Sweden, seeks a Product Verification & Test Rig Engineer to own HIL/SIL test rigs and verify the Workshop Suite in physical trucks. You will install ECUs, apply software updates and maintain rigs, ensuring end-to-end verification of the product in realistic operating conditions.

You will work closely with development teams to analyze logs, troubleshoot hardware and drive rig configurations and deviations toward resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience building, configuring, commissioning, maintaining HIL and SIL test rigs.
• ECU installation and replacement on rigs and hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and integration issues across rigs and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, commission and maintain HIL/SIL rigs and hardware.
• Perform software updates and configure rigs with required software and settings.
• Troubleshoot rig hardware, interfaces and system integrations to meet needs of development teams.
• Coordinate rig-related work, plan activities and align rig availability with project needs.
• Plan and execute end-to-end verification of tWS as a product in physical trucks.
• Document deviations and support root cause investigations with development teams.
