Mission

Join our international team in Braås/Växjö to lead verification and testing for our cutting-edge dump truck operations, ranging from small machines to large 25–100-ton trucks. You’ll play a pivotal role in hardware/software development testing, experimental validation, and compliance documentation for our newly launched machine. This is a long-term opportunity, with the expectation to transition to a permanent employee after 2 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, validate, and optimize test environments for electrical systems, ensuring alignment with component interfaces and system behavior.
  • Execute integration, verification, and validation (V&V) testing within a Scrum framework, supporting one of eight agile development teams.
  • Lead system engineering efforts, ensuring quality and readiness before release.
  • Analyze test data, resolve issues, and provide performance/functionality feedback to developers.
  • Drive onboard testing (CANalyzer, TechTool) and contribute to compliance documentation.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware/software).
  • Operate dump trucks (C-class license is a merit) and support field testing on public roads (dispensation available).
Profile Requirements

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of system verification/validation experience (automotive/heavy machinery preferred).
  • Driver’s license (ability to operate dump trucks; C-class license is a plus).
  • Swedish proficiency (or strong willingness to learn).
  • Flexibility, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
