You are a seriously experienced design thinker with a passion for solving complex business challenges from a customer & user-centric perspective. You have a passion for and understand how to drive innovation contributing to business results by taking an evidence-based approach.

As UX Strategist, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for users in the aftermarket area, within and beyond organizational divisions.

You are responsible for:

  1. Facilitating and defining business goals and strategies,
  2. Aligning business goals with end-user experience of products or services, working at the intersection of user-centered design and business strategy,
  3. Applying design and design thinking to business challenges,
  4. Translating design solutions into value and impact for business stakeholders,
  5. Identifying delivery gaps, minimizing redundancies and waste caused by duplicated efforts, and enabling the creation and delivery of successful experiences across organizational divisions,
  6. Taking a holistic understanding of the user journey, defining personas/archetypes, and providing user story mapping for effective prioritization,
  7. Planning, visualizing, and defining new user and service experiences,
  8. Working to connect with front-line personnel who directly or indirectly impact success,
  9. Providing insights into the planning and organization of customer experience creation and internal organizational alignment,
  10. Applying human-centered methodologies to strengthen business and create viable services and products.

You have prior experience with large organizations and complex projects. You understand technical terminologies and can engage effortlessly with product managers, architects, and software developers. You understand what it entails to work in a digital product-centric operating model. As an outcome-driven professional, you serve as a reliable collaborator across all organizational levels. Your role involves supporting fellow designers in their quest for excellence, and actively contributing to stakeholders’ visions, strategy, and delivery to realize business value. There is only one goal – to help shape future service development to support our customers’ success.
