Role Summary
Traton is in the middle of transforming how we deliver workshop tools and services across multiple brands. As part of this journey, we are now looking for a dedicated UX Lead to help build and champion a user-centered design culture within the the Workshop Suite product family.
In this role, you will work closely with our external UX team (currently embedded in our product teams), as well as with product owners, system architects and developers.
You will take responsibility for understanding user needs across brands and contexts, and ensuring that these insights are reflected in our design, development and strategy. You will also play a key part in shaping a long-term UX strategy for the workshop suite and the broader ecosystem — driving consistency, usability and value across our suite of tools.
Job Responsibilities
Who You Are
We are looking for a skilled UX professional with a strong background in UX design, service design, or product design—ideally gained in complex system environments. You are experienced in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and aligning UX goals with both business and technical needs.
Confident in driving user research, you know how to synthesize insights and translate them into both strategic direction and hands-on improvements. You thrive in hybrid environments with multiple stakeholders, brands, and tools, and you are comfortable working across abstraction levels—from conceptual frameworks to detailed interface feedback.
Proactive, structured, and passionate, you are motivated by the opportunity to improve the user experience at scale. Fluency in English is required, while Swedish is considered a plus.
