Job summary

Swedbank is seeking an experienced UX Designer to help simplify complex needs into intuitive solutions within our digital channels. You will collaborate across disciplines, grow toward a UX Lead role, and shape design work for corporate customers and advisors.

With five years of experience and expertise in user research, prototyping, and design systems, you will drive customer-centered design and mentor peers in a large banking environment. Flexible hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional UX design experience.
• Education in UX design, interaction design or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and end-to-end design process (Double Diamond).
• Experience conducting user research, prototyping and iterative testing with users.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams (business, requirements, developers).
• Ability to present and advocate design decisions based on insights and feasibility.
• Experience with Figma and design systems/components libraries.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and valuable digital experiences for Swedbank’s corporate customers and advisors.
• Transform customer insights and business needs into clear design solutions.
• Work through the design process from research to prototyping and testing.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Service Designers, insight specialists, owners and developers.
• Contribute to customer-centric culture and strengthen UX practices across digital channels.
• Share knowledge and mentor others; contribute toward a UX Lead role.
