Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a management consultant to support clients in designing and delivering change and workforce transformation initiatives. You will turn change strategies into measurable outcomes and collaborate with business and HR stakeholders in complex programs.

Typical assignments include leading large-scale transformation programmes, shaping the future workforce, and redesigning operating models to align with AI-driven business needs. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ work experience in management consulting or equivalent.
• Experience on organization, workforce, or HR transformation engagements.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream transformations and engage senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Master’s degree preferred in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes by combining change management, leadership enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Shape future workforce strategies translating AI, automation, and business needs into workforce plans.
• Redesign operating models, governance, and decision-making for adaptive organizations.
