Responsibilities
- Develop training material in collaboration with the Bind‑Kracht coordinator.
- Deliver training to small groups of caregivers and volunteers on poverty‑aware, strength‑based support, together with coaches who are people living in poverty.
- Lead and prepare five Bind‑Kracht team meetings in partnership with a working group of coaches, administrative support, and the coordinator.
- Support independent trainers and teachers in delivering training material.
- Participate in the core team to outline Bind‑Kracht policy, plan and organize training activities, and prepare prospectuses.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to connect and collaborate with people living in poverty, maintaining a calm and positive communication style.
- Experience as a social worker or practitioner.
- Experience as a practitioner trainer or practice lecturer.
- Alignment with and commitment to the Bind‑Kracht vision and approach.
- Creative, didactically grounded coach capable of energising small groups and encouraging boundary‑shifting collaboration with individuals from poverty.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, orthopedagogy, or an equivalent field.
