Job summary

Kognity, a 125-person EdTech scale-up, seeks a Delivery Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to own end-to-end delivery of our curriculum content, from planning through release, with autonomy to decide how work gets done.

You’ll coordinate content teams, subject experts and suppliers, uphold quality, track delivery health and manage budgets, enabling rapid progress across global projects from our Stockholm hybrid office.

The Role

You will join Kognity as a Delivery Manager on a 12 months fixed-term contract and will get a chance to bring order to complexity, owning the end-to-end delivery of Kognity's highest-priority curriculum content, from planning through to release, with real autonomy over how the work gets done.

What you’ll do

• Shape delivery rhythms and plans across projects, so work moves forward without blockers or drift
• Coordinate content teams, subject experts and suppliers, so everyone pulls in the same direction toward shared deadlines
• Set and uphold quality standards at each stage of production, so nothing ships below the bar we've agreed
• Track delivery health and surface risks early, so stakeholders always have a clear, honest picture of where things stand
• Manage project budgets and supplier costs, so delivery stays on track without surprises

Who we’re looking for

• Experienced planner who can drive complex projects from initiation to delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, timelines and risks to consistently deliver outcomes
• Confident facilitator who influences and aligns stakeholders across functions, communicates clearly and makes difficult delivery decisions
• Someone who builds processes that scale, uses data to spot risks early, and keeps raising the bar on quality, cost and speed
• A practical problem solver who can think creatively but execute with structure
• Someone who uses AI to supercharge delivery and push projects forward faster than before
