Your future role
The Trackside Engineering Manager holds a key role in overseeing trackside engineering activities within D&IS Sweden. In the realm of Trackside Engineering, the Trackside Manager is responsible for guiding and expanding a team of managers and engineers across two locations: Stockholm and Hässleholm. This position carries the responsibility of developing and enhancing the function within Sweden, ensuring a standardized process, and promoting a consistent approach to work.
The Trackside Engineering Manager actively contributes to the leadership of the Swedish business by participating in the formulation of strategies aligned with D&IS Sweden and the overarching Alstom strategy. The Trackside Manager is tasked with ensuring the efficient delivery of trackside solutions, encompassing both cutting-edge solutions and older ones approaching the end of their lifecycle.
This role plays a crucial part in driving the growth and success of the business through strategic planning and aligning trackside engineering activities with broader organizational objectives.
