Job summary

Estrid is seeking a TikTok Shop Specialist to own the day-to-day of our TikTok Shop, from listings and pricing to creator partnerships and ads. You will work with our Head of Growth to turn TikTok Shop into a key growth engine and dig into the numbers to drive sales.

You’ll manage creator communities, optimise ads, track performance, and keep a close eye on margins and budgets. Based in Stockholm, the role is office-based with fast-paced collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day TikTok Shop operations: listings, pricing, campaigns.
• Find, manage and grow creator and affiliate partnerships for Estrid via TikTok Shop.
• Set up and optimise TikTok Shop ads and live shopping.
• Track performance and build simple reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor shop economics: margins after fees, commissions and ad spend; assist budgeting.
• Follow top brands on TikTok Shop and bring fresh ideas weekly.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Test, learn and iterate quickly.

Your purpose & impact:

As a TikTok Shop Specialist you’ll work directly with our Head of Growth to turn TikTok Shop into one of Estrid’s most important growth engines. You’ll own the day-to-day of the shop, from listings and promotions to creator partnerships and ads, and dig into the numbers to understand what actually drives sales.

Some of the things you’ll do:

• Run the day-to-day of our TikTok Shop: product listings, pricing, and campaigns
• Find, manage and build a community for the creators and affiliates who sell Estrid through TikTok Shop – they are at the heart of our TikTok Shop performance
• Help set up and optimise TikTok Shop ads and live shopping
• Track performance, build simple reports, and turn insights into concrete actions
• Keep track of the economics of the shop: calculate the margin on each product after fees, commissions and ad spend, and support the budget planning to help grow it profitably
• Follow what the best brands are doing on TikTok Shop, and bring new ideas to the team every week
• Work closely with our creative and operations teams to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Test, learn and improve, fast

• Have a very strong work ethic, and a hunger to get better every single week
• Live and breathe social media: you’re often the first to spot a new trend, sound or format, before everyone else is doing it
• Get excited about building a community of creators who don’t just sell Estrid, but genuinely love the brand and feel a special connection to it
• Love the numbers: you dig into the data to understand what’s really driving sales, work out how to optimise it, and then get going on execution
• Are a doer at heart: you’d rather launch, learn and fix than wait for the perfect plan
• Might have some experience from paid social, e-commerce or TikTok Shop, but it’s not a must
