Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and MES systems.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in regulated industries (GxP, FDA, ISO 13485).
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.

The Role

As the SAP and MES Test Lead, you will play a key role in our digital transformation programs, leading the end-to-end testing strategy for SAP (S/4HANA) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across global business units. You will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful system implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across SAP and MES platforms.
• Define test strategy, scope, and plans for large-scale transformation projects and continuous improvements.
• Analyze the functional and technical requirements to ensure their testability, including verifying compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP) in test documentation and validation.
• Be actively involved in the design and development of test cases for different types of testing (unit, system integration, functional, regression, user acceptance).
• Ensure adequate resources (people, tools, environments and test data) are available for testing and escalate any gaps.
• Manage test teams and collaborate with business analysts, developers, and validation leads.
• Oversee defect tracking, root cause analysis, and timely resolution in alignment with project timelines.
• Provide regular status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and MES systems
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in regulated industries (GxP, FDA, ISO 13485).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
• SAP Cloud ALM experience is a plus
