Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions in Eskilstuna, Sweden seeks a Manager Test Lab to lead a small team and oversee daily testing operations. You will ensure products meet regulatory and certification requirements, coordinate external testing activities, and drive continuous improvement in testing methods and lab processes.

You will report to the Standard and Compliance Manager and play a key role in product development support.

Qualifications

• Technical education paired with hands‑on experience in product testing, lab environments, or verification/validation engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Test Lab, guiding two direct reports.
• Coordinate testing, certification and regulatory activities with internal teams and external bodies.
• Maintain accreditations, quality systems and lab documentation; drive process improvements.
