Westermo Network Technologies is seeking a Test Engineer – Flying Probe to lead and participate in test projects within our Operations. You will maintain hardware/software updates, troubleshoot, and develop test programs for routers and switches, ensuring production readiness.
The ideal candidate will have an electronics background, experience with flying probe tests (Acculogics Flying Scorpion), and proficiency in LabVIEW.

Within our Test Engineering Department, a close team of Test Engineers develops and implements new test solutions within Operations. The team collaborates with R&D and Production to ensure our products (routers and switches) are true to specification and ready for production. As a Test Engineer – Flying Probe, you will lead and participate in projects, assist with test-related issues in production, maintain hardware and software updates on products, troubleshoot and develop test programs and methods for our products and platforms. You will work closely with Quality, Project Office and the Production Team. You will develop new tests in development projects and analyze and troubleshoot in maintenance projects. We mainly use LabVIEW for programming. Part of the job is to document test plans and instructions. Continuous improvements are important, and you will have the opportunity to, together with colleagues, develop tools, functions, and processes to support our next steps.
