Job summary

Atlas Copco AB is seeking a Temporary Group Controller for Sustainability & HR to support the Group Sustainability controlling team during a transformation project. You will help ensure continuity in reporting processes and deliver high-quality ESG and HR data analysis for management.

The role emphasizes process improvements, IT system implementation, and cross-functional engagement. A hybrid work model is offered, with multiple development opportunities within the Group.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, finance or similar with experience in reporting and structuring data.
• Experience in business controlling or data analysis with a keen interest in ESG legislation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key reporting processes and data quality, acting as a first point of contact and drive continuous improvements.
• Actively participate in development and implementation of a new consolidation system.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in current reporting.
• Update and develop training on new reporting guidelines.
• Lead smaller reporting and improvement projects to grow project management expertise.
• Engage with different stakeholders across the Group to develop analytical and leadership skills.
