Your Role

As a BearingPoint consultant in our Technology team, you will work on various projects delivering high‑value insights to our clients. The team advises business leaders and offers services such as technology transformation, agile project management, change management, procurement, IT sourcing, and process automation. Assignments span from high‑level strategic advisory to client‑side management and implementation of ERP and digital healthcare solutions. You will use your project‑management skills to drive change and bridge gaps between business and technology departments across industries, especially within healthcare, retail, insurance, and automotive sectors.

Together with an ambitious and multidisciplinary team of colleagues, you will help our clients understand their current situation, risks, and opportunities and advise how they can use technology to solve their business needs.

Your professional and personal growth will be supported by a Development Manager. As you deepen your expertise and grow as a consultant, you will take on greater responsibilities in our client engagements and internal business activities, such as team development, employer branding, creating new offerings, pitching to clients, and other activities.

What We Are Looking For In Our New Colleagues

• Understanding of high‑level business processes and experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other business applications used to support internal functions.
• 2–3 years of experience working on the above topics; previous consulting experience is a clear advantage.
• Holder of a master’s degree in Engineering, IT Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Enjoyment of working with others to achieve common goals, reliability, generosity, a growth mindset, and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
