Manager – Strategy and Operations

BearingPoint Sweden is searching for Managers to join our Operations practice with a focus on Manufacturing, Retail, and/or the Public Sector. As a management consultant you will work in our Strategy and Operations team based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö.

About the Role

As a member of our Strategy and Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering transformational change for our clients by developing and implementing tailored solutions. Our focus areas include operational excellence and supply chain management. You will work on diverse projects ranging from strategy development to implementation, creating value through process optimization, cost reduction, digitalization, sustainability, and innovation.

What We Are Looking For

• M.Sc. in Engineering, Economics, or another relevant field.
• 6–9 years of management consulting experience, including executing projects in sourcing and procurement, supply chain management, operations, operational excellence, planning and demand management, and change management within retail and manufacturing.
• Alternatively, 6–9 years of management consulting experience with expertise in operational excellence, particularly within the public sector, including proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, shared service center implementation, and support function transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in an international environment with willingness to travel for client assignments both locally and abroad.
• A business mindset, strong analytical skills, team spirit, and the ambition to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sales and/or business development activities with a proven track record in selling projects and leading teams.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
