Lovable is seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter to lead their talent acquisition efforts. The role involves sourcing high-caliber candidates, managing recruitment events, and shaping the team's culture in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a full-time Technical Recruiter to lead our talent engine. You’ll own sourcing and acquisition, keep our candidate funnel full of high-caliber talent, and make hiring feel seamless for the team. You’ll be the face of Lovable - pitching to great candidates, building networks in key talent hubs, and running targeted events to attract the best. We need someone hands-on, strategic, and obsessed with quality.

What we’re looking for
A proactive and resourceful recruiter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally at early-stage fast-growing startups
Proven track record of sourcing, pitching, and closing top-tier engineering talent
Bonus: You have a technical background (e.g. computer science degree) and can tell the difference between a decent engineer and a top 1% engineer
Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines, referral loops, and organizing targeted recruitment events
Strong communication and storytelling skills to share Lovable’s mission without overselling
You’re not afraid to dig deep on reference calls or push back when quality isn’t there
Bonus: You’ve helped build teams from 0 → 1 or supported high-growth scale-ups
Your responsibilities
Own the top of funnel: Actively source, reach out to, and screen candidates across diverse channels (e.g. X, LinkedIn, GitHub, in-person, networks)
Be the first impression of Lovable—pitch the company with authenticity and energy to get great candidates excited
Build and nurture a strong talent network in key talent hubs (Stockholm, New York and later SF) and stay top-of-mind with future hires
Plan and host small-scale recruiting events (IRL events, dinners, AMAs, panels) to build community and surface passive talent
Partner with hiring managers to tighten job descriptions, interview loops, and closing strategies
Save the team time by pre-vetting for quality, coordinating interviews, and running thoughtful reference checks
Use data to track sourcing performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion at each stage
Act as a strategic talent partner, not just a coordinator—you'll help shape how we build the team
