Job summary

Deploja-Ab is seeking a Senior/Expert Technical Engineer to advance Hardware Asset Management capabilities in a large organization. You will design scalable HAM processes, own governance, and drive implementations end-to-end across POS, retail hardware, logistics, and field services.

The role demands hands-on leadership, deep ServiceNow HAM expertise, and collaboration with multiple markets while ensuring thorough documentation and knowledge transfer.

Job description

Essential requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and hardware lifecycle management.

Advanced experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, including asset structures, lifecycle processes, data quality, integrations and automation.

Experience designing scalable HAM processes and governance in complex environments, preferably involving POS, retail hardware, logistics, repair/RMA and field services.

Leadership / experience level

Senior/Expert Technical Engineer with proven experience establishing or transforming Hardware Asset Management capabilities in large organizations.

Able to independently design and drive implementation end-to-end, from technical solution and integrations through processes, governance and operational handover.

Strong stakeholder leadership across multiple teams, markets and partners, while remaining hands-on and ensuring sustainable documentation and knowledge transfer.
