Job summary

Careium AB is seeking a Tech Lead to own the I-care Online platform (ICO) and shape its technical direction across Europe. You’ll work with developers, Product Owners, Architects and other Tech Leads to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

In this role you’ll blend hands-on development with technical leadership, make architectural decisions, improve engineering practices and mentor teammates while collaborating with teams in Malmö and Vietnam to deliver high-quality software for

Qualifications

Strong experience developing in .NET.
Solid knowledge of MS SQL.
Experience with complex software systems.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
Interest in software architecture and technical leadership.
Ability to build trust, influence decisions and create alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

Take technical ownership of one of Careium's core platforms.
Drive architectural and technical decisions that support long‑term quality and scalability.
Improve code quality, maintainability, performance and security.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects and fellow Tech Leads.
Create alignment across the extended engineering organisation, collaborating with teams in Malmö and Vietnam as well as Architects and Tech Leads across Careium.
Coach and support developers through technical leadership and collaboration.
