Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development, including senior or lead responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET development environments.
• Proven experience migrating on-premises systems to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

• Guide the technical direction of the team for ICO.
• Lead technical design discussions and code quality initiatives.
• Drive the modernization journey of the current .NET platform using AWS.
