• Drive Developer Experience for a community of 2500+ engineers, supporting thousands of builds daily—and scaling for more.
• Lead technical direction across multiple engineering teams focused on CI/CD orchestration, source control systems, and collaboration tools.
• Design and maintain scalable system architecture for source control platforms, ensuring performance, security, and compliance across the development lifecycle.
• Champion engineering excellence, embedding quality engineering principles, continuous improvement, and innovation into everything we build.
• Lead migration efforts from legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
• Mentor and guide teams in source control best practices, code quality, and platform usage—fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

What isneeded in this role:

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience—what matters most is your impact and expertise.
• 10+ years of software development experience and 3-5 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect, with a strong foundation in software engineering.
• A hands-on leader who experiments with emerging tools and frameworks, while also shaping long-term architectural vision.
• A growth mindset and strong leadership skills—able to mentor, inspire, and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
