Qualifications

• Strong academic track record.
• Quantitative degrees preferred (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar).
• Experience in financial statement analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Understanding of basic valuation concepts (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Accounting fundamentals.
• Fluency in Swedish highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pitches & marketing: assist team members in preparing pitches and updating marketing materials with sector research.
• Sector coverage: performing independent research and various analyses of technology companies in support of new business generation.
• Transaction documentation: supporting the preparation of investment documents (executive summaries, investment memorandums, investor presentations, financial models).
• General support on M&A processes: involvement in assembling, developing, and editing information requests, due diligence lists, confidentiality agreements, proposals, and management.
• Team work: collaborating with teams across Europe, US and Asia.
