GP Bullhound seeks an Investment Banking Intern in Stockholm for a 6-month program. You will work on diverse technology transactions across software, fintech, digital media, marketplaces, and digital services. A background from a leading bulge bracket or corporate advisory and strong numerical skills are valued.

The role emphasizes teamwork, entrepreneurship, and stamina to thrive in a high-energy environment. Swedish language skills are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong academic track record.
• Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative degrees preferred.
• Financial statement analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) experience.
• Basic valuation concepts - DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions.
• Strong Excel proficiency; PowerPoint for presentations.
• Accounting fundamentals.
• Fluent in Swedish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist team on pitches and marketing with sector research and analysis.
• Conduct independent sector research and analyses of technology companies to support new business generation.
• Support preparation of investment documents (executive summaries, memorandums, investor presentations, models).
• Assist with M&A process tasks: information requests, due diligence lists, NDAs, proposals, management.
• Collaborate with teams across Europe, US and Asia.
