Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Flemingsberg, south of Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a Team Manager to lead a 15-person spare parts team and optimize the end-to-end supply chain from supplier to customer.

You will set priorities, coach the team, and drive continuous improvement in a global operating environment. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Education in logistics, supply chain, or related field, plus relevant experience.
• Experience leading people, including personnel responsibility.
• Experience on supply-chain management and Lean Six Sigma.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 15 people responsible for getting spare parts for customers.
• Oversee the supply chain from supplier to customer, balancing availability, lead times, cost and service.
• Set priorities, support day-to-day operations, and develop the team through coaching and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to improve performance and meet customer needs.
