Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Sweden seeks a Portfolio Manager for Food High Speed Separators to own commercial performance and strategic direction of the product portfolio. You will translate market insights into priorities and lead cross-functional decisions across sales, supply, engineering, and R&D.

The role is based at the Flemingsberg office with travel ~45–50 days/year. A university degree and several years in portfolio management or related roles are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in industrial marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Several years of experience in portfolio management, business development, or similar commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of managing product portfolios in regulated, complex environments.
• Ability to translate market and customer insights into portfolio decisions that drive growth.
