Job summary

Alfa Laval in Flemingsberg, south of Stockholm, Sweden seeks a Team Manager to lead a team of about 15 people responsible for sourcing spare parts for customers. You will oversee the end-to-end supply chain from supplier to customer, balancing availability, lead times, cost, and service level.

You will set priorities, support daily operations, and develop the team through coaching and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience leading people, including personnel responsibility.
• Experience on supply-chain management and Lean Six Sigma.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English.

About The Job

As Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of around 15 people responsible for sourcing spare parts for our customers. You’ll oversee the supply chain from supplier to customer, helping the team balance availability, lead times, cost, and service level.
