Job summary

Netlight is growing its People & Growth team and seeking a candidate who will own the full recruitment journey from first conversation to successful onboarding. You will work closely with consultants and senior leaders to forecast talent needs, source top candidates, and drive growth across Netlight's European network.

You’ll contribute to mentorship, retention, and culture initiatives, ensuring Netlight remains an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Graduate in 2025 or 2026.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written).
• Passion for people, recruitment, project management, leadership, and the tech industry.
• Experience in related areas (recruitment, headhunting, sales, PM, networking) is a merit, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the full recruitment journey from first conversation to start.
• Collaborate with consultants and leadership to understand business needs and execute.
• Contribute to mentorship, retention, value proposition, and culture initiatives long term.
• Help build Netlight by attracting top talent across the organization.
