Job summary

Netlight invites you to join its M&A Advisory and Strategy team to drive the next level of growth by shaping strategy and delivering value in IT-driven deals.

This role offers high seniority and direct client exposure, with involvement across the full project lifecycle from sales to delivery, enabling you to leverage commercial experience in M&A within a tech context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• 1–3 years of experience within M&A, Due Diligence, Technical Due Diligence and/or Strategy, either from consulting or an operational position.
• Verbal and written fluency in English is required.
• International mindset, as you will collaborate with Netlighters and clients across offices.

Responsibilities

• Take a pivotal role in building, shaping, and growing Netlight’s strategy offering both internally and externally by being actively involved in the strategic positioning of the team and Netlight as a whole.
• Leverage your commercial experience within M&A and Strategy and apply it in a high-intensity IT context to be the catalyst for commercial value creation.
• Be a key contributor in the M&A Advisory & Strategy team with high seniority and partner involvement, with direct exposure to clients and target stakeholders, creating real impact.
• Be part of the entire project lifecycle, from active project engagement to sales, stakeholder management, and strategy planning.
• Engage yourself to drive and be the bridge to Netlight’s other service areas to grow and create a collaborative environment.
• Use the role as a platform not only to evolve your advisory, strategy, and leadership skills, but also to build competence and experience to take on interim roles, drive transformation projects, and work with state-of-the-art technologies at industry-leading tech companies.
• Develop your leadership and management skills through coaching and mentoring internally.
