Job summary

Telenor in Solna, Sweden, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for office-based and selected retail roles. You will partner with hiring managers, run structured interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience across the process.

You will leverage Teamtailor and data analytics, exploring AI-driven improvements while upholding privacy and security requirements. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home up to two days a week.

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Experience & Operations team.

How you’ll make a difference with us

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring that Telenor attracts, engages and hires the right talent. The role is part of People Experience & Operations, reporting to the Head of People Experience & Operations, and is one of three colleagues working with recruitment. You will primarily support office-based recruitment while also handling selected recruitment processes for our retail organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to continue developing within talent acquisition and finds energy in managing recruitment processes, advising hiring managers and connecting great people with the right opportunities. While you'll contribute to broader improvements and initiatives, recruitment remains at the heart of the role.

You will independently manage recruitment processes from start to finish, partnering closely with hiring managers across the business and ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout every stage.

The recruitment portfolio spans a broad range of roles, from early-career specialists and customer-facing positions to experienced professionals and senior leadership roles. This means no two recruitment processes are exactly alike, offering both variety and the opportunity to adapt your approach to different talent segments and business needs.

In your everyday work, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across office-based roles and selected retail positions, ranging from junior specialists and individual contributors to senior leaders.

• Partner with and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

• Facilitate structured intake meetings, interviews and assessment processes.

• Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates.

• Support and improve our work in Teamtailor, acting as a key contact for the platform.

• Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

• Explore and test new possibilities within AI, automation and digital recruitment tools.

• Help ensure candidate data is handled in accordance with privacy and information security requirements.

You will also contribute to the continuous development of our recruitment processes and tools, helping us create a more efficient, data-informed and candidate-focused recruitment experience.

• Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager advisory skills.

• Strong digital skills and confidence using a variety of technology tools.

• Experience with structured interviews and assessment methods.

• The ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Hands-on experience with Teamtailor.

• Experience using AI or automation within recruitment or HR.

• Experience working with recruitment analytics, assessment tools or system integrations.
