Job description

Do you have experience in talent acquisition and a passion for finding and attracting top talent? We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Foxway CWS team in Stockholm on parental leave cover and help us shape the future of hiring at Foxway.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings creativity and structure to the recruitment process. While you’re driving end-to-end hiring processes, you’ll also be an integral part of the wider People & Culture team.

What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Partner:

As a key member of our team, you will own the recruitment process across a variety of roles and functions. From crafting compelling job ads and sourcing candidates, to leading interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience, you will play a pivotal role in building our teams and strengthening our employer brand. You’ll recruit across a wide range of roles – from warehouse operations to specialist and managerial positions – giving you a varied and dynamic scope of work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle across multiple functions, from job brief to signed contract
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and design effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and engage top talent through multiple channels
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, reflecting our values and culture
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvements in our recruitment processes
  • Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team on cross-functional initiatives

We’re looking for someone who brings the following experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing or international company
  • Strong skills in sourcing and building talent pipelines across a variety of functions
  • Familiarity with using ATS/HRIS systems (we use HiBob and Teamtailor)
  • Experience in partnering with hiring managers and supporting them in making informed hiring decisions
  • A proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills (proficiency English, Swedish is a plus)
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve the recruitment process

We envision that you are a self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders. You bring structure, energy, and a strong service orientation to everything you do, and you are passionate about creating an outstanding recruitment experience for both candidates and managers.

You embody our core values — Curious, Passionate, Committed and Courageous — and are excited to make an impact in a fast-growing, evolving company. We have a 4-day in-office policy, designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and connections across teams — a benefit that helps support our culture and your professional development.

Not sure if you tick every box? Apply anyway — we value potential and mindset just as much as experience.

Why work with us?

  • Be part of a company that contributes to a more circular and sustainable future
  • Work in a culture that encourages ambition, collaboration, and learning
  • Gain opportunities for personal development and strategic career growth
  • Enjoy employee discounts through our own online store
  • We offer health care benefits to support your well-being
