Job summary

GE HealthCare in Sweden seeks a senior Systems Design Leader to guide cross-disciplinary teams across RP products, ensuring high quality and compliance. You will drive architecture, requirements traceability, and design reviews, while partnering with Product and Program Management to deliver on time.

You bring 15+ years leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, strong problem-solving, and fluent English. Swedish language is a plus, relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent.
• 15+ years leading cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluent in English; Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Systems Design team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Provide strategic and hands-on technical guidance in RP products.
• Balance competing priorities and feedback from stakeholders to drive direction and maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate clear communication and decision-making across functional boundaries.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the full RP portfolio – cyclotrons, chemistry boxes and hot-cells.
