This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape how cybersecurity is managed across complex connected systems while working closely with Engineering, Solution Management, Component Engineering, and customers worldwide.

As a System Security Lead, you will be Icomera's subject matter expert for customer solution system-integration cybersecurity. The role focuses on securing complete customer solutions by managing vulnerabilities, assessing system-level impacts, supporting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards.
You will work across customer projects, deployments, and operational environments, acting as the central coordinator for cybersecurity activities between multiple stakeholders. From vulnerability triage and impact assessments to security documentation and assurance activities, you will help ensure that Icomera's solutions remain secure, compliant, and trusted by customers across the globe.
You are a structured and proactive cybersecurity professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and collaborating across technical disciplines. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and translating technical security topics into practical recommendations.
You combine a hands-on approach with strong analytical skills and enjoy taking ownership of critical security activities. Whether you're working with engineers, project teams, suppliers, or customers, you communicate clearly and confidently and can balance technical depth with business needs.
