Tobii AB, located in Stockholm, Sweden, is looking for a System Engineer/System Architect to support customers in integrating advanced eye-tracking technology into products. You will drive system design, translating needs into clear specifications while collaborating cross-functionally.
The position offers a flexible hybrid work policy and requires a strong background in areas like embedded software, electronics, and algorithms. Join us to solve complex challenges in an innovative environment!
At Tobii, we build technology that enables the next generation of human-machine interaction. Our eye tracking solutions are integrated into products used by some of the world’s leading technology companies across XR and wearable devices.
We are now looking for a System Engineer / System Architect to help our customers and internal teams turn complex technical challenges into scalable and robust system solutions.
You will collaborate closely with global technology leaders developing next generation XR headsets and wearable products, helping teams make sound technical decisions by creating clarity around interfaces, dependencies, and system behavior.
In this role, you will help bring advanced eye tracking technology from concept to real world products used by millions of people.
You will become a key technical partner in complex customer collaborations, helping teams move from uncertainty to clear and actionable solutions. The work spans early product discussions, integration challenges, and technical decision making in projects where performance, usability, and scalability all matter.

You are a curious and pragmatic engineer who enjoys solving complex system challenges together with others. You create clarity in technical environments with many moving parts and build trust through collaboration, communication, and sound engineering judgement.
