Job summary

Norvion Systems AB in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks an experienced System Design Leader / System Architect with a strong Powertrain and Engine Calibration background for a long-term consulting assignment.

You will lead powertrain design, engine calibration, EMS development, and OBD strategy, coordinating across distributed teams to deliver robust, compliant automotive systems. This on-site role starts mid-August 2026 and runs for about ten months with possible extension.
