Job summary

Benifex is seeking a Swedish Content Writer to craft high-impact content that shapes the brand and resonates with HR leaders on the Swedish market. You’ll write Swedish content across formats, translating complex B2B SaaS topics into clear stories that drive awareness and engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, you’ll work hybrid from Stockholm, collaborating with marketers, designers, product marketers, and sales to deliver content that supports SEO and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills for an international environment.
• Experience creating content in a commercial environment (in-house, agency, freelance, or similar).
• Significant experience creating content for B2B audiences, ideally SaaS/software/tech.
• A strong portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form content.
• Proven experience producing reports, blogs, thought leadership, landing pages, email campaigns, and ad copy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to handle feedback and challenge constructively.
• Analytical mindset—turn data/insights into compelling narratives.
• Curiosity and collaborative approach with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Write Swedish content across formats: ad copy, social content, long-form reports, case studies.
• Translate complex products/services into clear messages for HR leaders and business decision-makers.
• Develop conversion-focused copy for digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Benifex site.
• Turn research and insights into credible content engaging the audience.
• Create customer stories and award entries highlighting clients.
• Collaborate with product, sales, leadership, and marketing teams to produce thought leadership content.
• Manage briefs/feedback with the creative team using Asana.
• Support SEO and campaign objectives with audience-tailored content.
• Help evolve Benifex’s Swedish tone of voice across touchpoints.
