Zusammenfassung

Deel is seeking a Country Product Manager to lead the Sweden payroll, HR and time tracking product strategy. You will own end-to-end execution with a dedicated engineering team, translating Sweden’s regulatory and business requirements into scalable product solutions.

You will collaborate across compliance, payroll operations, HR and time tracking to deliver market-ready capabilities and set the roadmap for Nordics.

Qualifikationen

• Based in EMEA with Nordic timezone alignment and market expertise
• Fluent Swedish speaker plus English for coordination
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making good decisions with incomplete information
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and external partners
• Pragmatism and systems thinking to integrate payroll, HR, time tracking and compliance

Aufgaben

• Define product strategy for the Swedish market across payroll, HR, time, and services
• Work with your dedicated engineering team to execute on the roadmap
• Coordinate across Product (payroll engine), Time, HRIS, and Services teams to align on dependencies
• Break complex requirements into iterative pieces, ship early, learn from customers, iterate
• Own the relationship with key accounts, understanding their needs and validating solutions
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, and local compliance teams to ensure scalable solutions
• Think entrepreneurially to build the market playbook from scratch
• Leverage AI to speed up build and ensure regulatory compliance
• Navigate Sweden’s tripartite labor system and build Nordic-ready solutions
• Establish Sweden as Deel’s Nordic anchor and create scalable playbooks for Denmark, Norway, and Finland
