Some international travel is included.Your profileYou bring extensive experience in sustainability, business development, transformation or a related field. With a broad business perspective, you’re comfortable leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in an international matrix organization.Your background includes:A university degree in sustainability, engineering, business administration or an equivalent field.Strong knowledge of sustainability, ESG, and business integration.Experience leading cross-functional projects, major programs, or transformation initiatives.Proven stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.Excellent written and spoken English.Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous. Knowledge of sustainability reporting, ESG performance management, data analytics, dashboards, product sustainability, circularity, or emerging regulatory requirements is also beneficial.Self-driven and accountable, you create progress by engaging people across functions, cultures, and geographies. You balance strategic thinking with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and communicate complex priorities in a clear way.
