Job Title: Sustainability Reporting & Communications Lead

Axis is looking for an experienced Sustainability Reporting & Communications Lead to join the Corporate Communications team at Axis HQ in Lund, Sweden. This role reports to the Manager, Corporate Communications and plays a central part in shaping the company’s sustainability communication and reporting strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s sustainability/ESG reporting system, ensuring high‑quality CSRD‑compliant reporting.
• Act as business partner and coordinate sustainability communications across the organization.
• Collaborate with teams and subject‑matter experts to develop corporate messaging, positioning and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor sustainability trends, regulations, reporting standards and ESG best practices, especially within the technology industry.
• Contribute to the improvement of sustainability governance, communication and reporting capabilities at Axis.
• Support global corporate sustainability and communications projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree in communications, business, sustainability or a related field.
• Experience working with sustainability/ESG reporting in a corporate environment or as a consultant.
• Strong knowledge of CSRD, ESRS and related reporting requirements.
• Experience managing or working with sustainability reporting tools or systems.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills for diverse target groups.
• Solid project‑management and stakeholder‑management capability.
• Strong analytical skills and structured working style.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Experience in similar roles within larger organisations or listed companies is highly valued.
• Experience in corporate communications is an advantage.
