Tech Services, soon to become Vivicta, is a leading transformation and managed services provider, focusing on Nordic-based private and public customers across various industries. With our full scope of advanced digital solutions, including applications, multi-cloud, data and AI, and security services, we help businesses thrive and keep Nordic societies running.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Sustainability Lead, who will play a central role in defining and executing our sustainability strategy across the Nordics and beyond. You will work closely with our leadership team, market units and service practices to ensure that our technology, services, and operations contribute to positive environmental and social impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide sustainability strategy.
  • Lead initiatives related to climate impact, circular economy, and responsible digitalization.
  • Ensure subject matter expertise in environmental impact, GHG emission calculations, circularity, human rights, and labor rights areas.
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts on areas like ethical conduct, corruption, DEI, responsible sourcing/supply chain management, cybersecurity and privacy, as well as responsible AI.
  • Oversee and manage sustainability reporting and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving EU/Nordic regulations and global sustainability standards.
  • Engage with customers and assist with customers’ sustainability inquiries.
  • Act as an ambassador for sustainability both internally and externally, fostering awareness and engagement among employees and partners.
Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • You have proven experience in sustainability leadership, preferably within technology, consulting, or related industries.

  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on ability to turn ideas into measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a Nordic/international context.
  • Passion for driving positive change through technology.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
What We Offer

We offer you

  • A chance to join the exciting journey of Tech Services becoming Vivicta - be part of the first steps of a standalone company with the new name and identity
  • At Vivicta, you will join a diverse team of professionals committed to making a difference through technology
