Job summary

Stegra Boden is seeking a Facility Manager for our Mill Services team. You will report to the Head of Mill Services and lead the team that keeps Stegra Boden running daily, handling roads, waste, fuel, cleaning, vehicles, and the on-site restaurant.

You’ll work with external partners to ensure services are safe and reliable, and help shape development of the plant area as Stegra grows. Strong leadership and a focus on safety are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience leading Facility Management in an industrial setting.
• Strong safety commitment and leadership.
• Experience with suppliers, budgets, and contractors.
• Very good English; Swedish is a plus.
• Experience with FM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Facility Management team with safety at heart.
• Keep site services running: roads, waste, fuel, cleaning, vehicles, and the restaurant.
• Build partnerships with suppliers and contractors.
• Plan infrastructure, maintenance and future development of the plant area.
• Manage budgets and resources to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Stegra teams to solve problems and improve services.
