Job summary

Stegra seeks a Facility Manager to lead the Mill Services team at Boden, ensuring safe, reliable services across roads, waste, fuel, cleaning, and the on-site restaurant. You will report to the Head of Mill Services and drive collaboration with partners to support ongoing plant development.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree, prior FM/site services leadership, and a proactive safety culture. English fluency is essential; relocation support is available, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• A relevant university degree in industrial engineering, construction engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, facilities management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading Facility Management or site services in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong safety-focused leadership style and commitment to safety.
• Experience with suppliers, contractors, outsourced services and budgets.
• Ability to collaborate with many teams and partners across the site.
• Very good English; Swedish is a plus.
• Experience with FM systems, CMMS, ISO standards or industrial projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Facility Management team with safety at the core of all activities.
• Maintain essential site services: roads, waste, fuel, cleaning, vehicles, and the on-site restaurant.
• Build partnerships with suppliers and contractors to ensure services meet site needs.
• Plan infrastructure, maintenance, and future development of the plant area.
• Manage budgets and resources to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with Stegra teams to solve problems and support site development.
