Job summary

Voi Technology in Stockholm invites an intern to join the Finance/Sustainability team to support reporting and data analysis, reporting to the Head of Sustainability.

You will collect, QA, analyse and report sustainability data from internal and external sources, including suppliers, and work with metrics such as carbon emissions, energy use, waste management and water usage; help develop performance reports for stakeholders and ensure CBAM/CSRD alignment.

Qualifications

• Ongoing or completed BSc studies in Engineering, Business or related field, preferably with a sustainability specialisation.
• An interest in sustainability reporting, ESG, CSR or environmental management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, quality assure, analyse and report sustainability data from internal and external sources, including suppliers and sub-suppliers.
• Work with sustainability metrics such as carbon emissions, energy consumption, waste management and water usage.
• Support the development of sustainability performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help ensure reporting supports relevant requirements, such as CBAM and CSRD.
• Evaluate resource use, including energy and raw materials, to identify opportunities to reduce cost and environmental impact.
• Support the development of processes that improve data collection, quality and governance.
• Collaborate with teams across Voi to make sustainability data more reliable, accessible and actionable.
