Job summary

Fortnox AB i Malmö söker en Support Financial Assistant för att säkerställa att betalningar hanteras korrekt och säkert. I rollen hanterar du inkommande och utgående betalningar, undersöker avvikelser och bidrar till förbättring av arbetsmetoder.

Rollen kräver att du har en eftergymnasial utbildning i ekonomi, är detaljorienterad och trivs i en snabb arbetsmiljö. Tjänsten är heltid och startar i början av september.

Job description

In the role of Support Financial Assistant you work in the heart of Fortnox's financial flows. You help ensure payments are handled correctly, safely and on time. The role is both operational and problem‑solving: you handle cases related to financial transactions while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key tasks include registering and managing incoming payments, handling unallocated payments, investigating discrepancies, managing outgoing payments, daily financial flows and resolving transaction‑related issues. The role also involves reconciliations, some ongoing accounting and contributing to improvement of work methods and processes. You’ll be part of a team where cooperation and clear communication are everyday.

This is a direct recruitment; StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process but you will be directly employed by Fortnox. Full‑time, starting at the beginning of September, working hours are during office hours. Location: central Malmö.
