Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain processes and turning data into actionable insights? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our engaged team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless seasonal operations, managing critical master data, and driving continuous improvements across our supply chain. With a global scope and a strong focus on efficiency, you’ll help shape the way we plan, operate, and deliver value across our entire product lifecycle.

You will be working in a dynamic and global organization, where team work and passion are key factors for our success. The position is based at Peak Performance HQ in Stockholm, where you will be part of our Supply Chain team and report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all required data is accurately entered in Centric, including the creation of SKUs.
  
• Manage seasonal openings in PLM and downstream systems, covering Samples, Bulk, and data integration processes.
  
• Enable the interface to SAP for each season and for sample, bulk, and Carry Over data flows.
  
• Set and communicate deadlines for master data readiness, including finalization in Centric, interface openings, and customs classification.
  
• Oversee responsibilities within the Assortment Change List (ACL), ensuring SAP is updated accordingly.
  
• Monitor the early buying process, ensuring proper actions are taken in cases of master data changes, communication needs, cancellations, or changes.
  
• Create Product Order Requirements (POR) in alignment with demand forecasts and buying agreements.
  
• Develop, optimize, and present key analytics to enable the Supply Chain team to make effective planning decisions.
  
• Drive Supply Chain & Product efficiencies through S&OP cycles.
  
• Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained during buy decisions.
  
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives in Supply Chain.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to develop ways of working and set scalable structures.
  
• Minimum 3 years of data analysis and industry-relevant experience (DTC preferred).
  
• Strong analytical skills and experience with the ability to turn your analysis into actions.
  
• Great communication skills and a strategic mindset.
  
• Result-oriented.
  
• A degree in business or an equivalent area.
  
• Previous experience in SAP, MRP modules, Excel, and Power BI is preferred.
  
• Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
