Job description

We are looking for a solution-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our Nordic Knotsteam in Stockholm. You will be responsible for booking and monitoring inboundshipments, effective warehouse collaboration, and on-time B2C deliveries to give ourend customers the best experience possible.

Inbound Shipping Coordination

  • Book and coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers in Europe and India.
  • Monitor container arrivals and handle necessary shipping and customsdocumentation (e.g., BOL, certificates of origin, HS codes).
  • Ensure deliveries arrive on time according to procurement and inventoryplans.
  • Cooperate with freight forwarders to manage costs, schedules, and deviations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholdersregarding shipment and logistics queries.
  • Managing customs admin and potential issues.

3PL & Warehouse Management

  • Lead and develop our operations within Europe, including warehouseoperations at 3PLs and delivery and return operations for our customers.
  • Deal with daily issues that might occur, like mismatch between purchaseorder and actual shipment, out-of-stock, returns etc.
  • Daily communication with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner in Sweden toensure accurate receiving, storage, and outbound processing.
  • Track and analyze 3PL performance (e.g., pick accuracy, receiving lead time,returns handling) to make sure warehouse operators are performing asexpected and according to contract.
  • Work with cost analysis and continuous improvements to make sure we haveefficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Champion the system setup and take action on error log, discrepancies
  • Manage inventory accuracy and annual stock-count process

Outbound Logistics & E-commerce Fulfilment

  • Monitor and follow up with transport providers regarding the daily operationsacross Europe.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to optimise shipping solutions.
  • Support customer service in delivery-related issues, delays, or claims.
  • Support internal stakeholders with booking shipments, customs clearance andlogistics knowledge when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in e-commerce, retail, and/or interior/fashion industry.
  • Experience with international shipping.
  • Solid understanding of 3PL operations and performance metrics.
  • Skills in Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systemand advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus.
