Job summary

Oatly AB in Malmö is seeking a Finance student to join Accounting shared service E&I within the Global Accounts Payable Team. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

As a Finance student, you will participate in the daily processes as well as the closing process at Oatly Accounting shared service E&I (Europe & Internationals) within the Global Accounts Payable Team. You will gain hands‑on experience in finance and accounting principles within a supportive team environment.

We are looking for candidates with ongoing or completed studies in Finance or Accounting, which is a requirement for this role. Studies in Tax Law or Information Systems are also highly valued and considered a strong advantage.

As part of the team, your responsibilities will include Accounts Payable task such as:

• Processing of invoices
• Assist with month end and quarter end closing activities.
• Contribute to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes.
• Participate in the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of SOX documentation.
• Provide support with ad hoc closing and reporting tasks as needed

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

Besides being a good communicator and like numbers, you have an analytic, structured approach and willingness to learn. You are always looking for opportunities for improvement and can handle constant changes!

Some practical things:

• The position is available immediately, and we're seeking someone who can commit to at least 40 hours per month, with most of the workload around the closing period.
• We're looking for a pre-graduate in their second or third year of studies. We envision a long-term commitment to the position.
