Qualifications

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting in the Hungarian market.
• Fluency in Hungarian.
• Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations.
• Strong track record of owning and delivering complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller parts.
• Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key stakeholder for the branch in Hungary.
• Overseeing 1st line of defence for the Hungarian branch, governance, regulators interactions, BAU operations.
• Providing oversight for outsourced functions.
• Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams in Lithuania, London, and other global offices.
• Monitoring country-specific risk incidents and resolution timelines.
