Qualifications

• Recent master's degree (≤5 years) in supply chain, business administration, or engineering.
• Curious and analytical with the ability to structure problems and give clear recommendations.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to move forward even when not everything is defined.
• Clear communicator who can influence and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development of sourcing strategies across categories and suppliers.
• Support major negotiations, business cases, and executive decisions.
• Identify and lead strategic IT Sourcing projects with Ericsson involvement.
• Drive organizational development and operating model improvements.
• Accelerate adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven ways of working.
• Provide insights into market trends, supplier landscapes, risks, and opportunities.
